Directly after the M&W AGM, William Micklem gave an inspiring presentation of “The GO Rules” to all assembled.
Always stressing the positive and ‘fun’ aspects of competition and also providing useful training tips and strategies, William sent the audience home with an enthusiastic, ‘all geared up’ attitude for the coming season.
